Who we are
WHO IS TROPANG BARYA ?
Tropang BARYA is the Thriving Resourceful Organization of Passionate Aspiring Nation-Building Generation Bridging Agriculture and Responsible Youth-Led Action — a growing alliance of young Kapitbahayan graduates, student leaders, volunteers and community advocates.
We believe that lasting change starts at the grassroots. Through agriculture, leadership training, volunteerism and responsible youth action, we turn small acts of service into communities that are stronger, smarter and more self-reliant.
01
Grassroots by design. We grow leaders from within our own barangays.
02
Action over talk. Every member is a volunteer first.
03
Service, leadership, unity. Our motto lives in everything we do.
